Please send us a detailed and clear description, stating:
- Your order number
- Customer number
- Date of purchase
- A photo (if possible)
You'll receive response about the handling of your complaint within a few working days (with a maximum of 14 days).
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform. (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
